I felt comfortable selling my car to Big Bucks Auto because it was easier to relate to john (an employee) because he spoke spanish. From the research i have done, they offered me a fair offer and even gave me money toward my car service to return home. Overall my experience was a pleasure and I walked out with a check for $3,000 in a short period of time, and was able to payoff some debt.

I owed so much cash on my car it was ridiculous. I tryed selling it on my own but i had no luck. I saw Big Bucks commercial on TV. I came through to Big Bucks and they made me an offer and payed off my car. No more monthly payments and no more debt.

I got a great job offer in Miami, which meant that I would need to relocate. I searched on google. for a car-buying company and big bucks auto popped up. I gave them a call and they gave me a quote. It seemed too good to be true, so I went into their location on the weekend to check them out. Eugene appraised my car. He was very helpful and extremely informative. We were able to make a deal and now I’m off to MIA!

Tired of hauling my auto from parking spot to garage, I decided to finially cut the cord! I can’t believe how easy it was to get rid of it! \r I can’t say I know how BigBucksAuto does what they do or what they do with the cars after I happily skipped away, but I heart them!\r

I was sitting around with a 2003 honda, had a bunch of miles on it, felt like it was just costing me money to sit in my driveway. When i saw the commercial for big bucks, I thought about bringing my car in, but ended up sitting around for a few more months not doing anything with it. tried selling it through the paper, only to be frustrated by the flakiness of people. One day i just got into the car and drove down to Big Bucks and to my surprise they took the car of my hands that hour with cash in pocket! and i took the subway home. lol

After going to a local dealership and getting an offer on my car, I decided to search online for places to sell my car in the City. I came across Big Bucks Auto online and along with it some mixed reviews. I saw for example the negative review above. The review itself seemed a little contrived (I started laughing when I read it), but it made me skeptical nonetheless. When I searched the company’s web site, I found a response by the owner to the type of negative reviews like the one above, and was convinced that the Big Buck Auto seemed more trustworthy than some of the reviews I had read about it. \r \r I went out to Big Bucks Auto today to see what offer I could get for my car. The associate I dealt with was cordial and helpful. At first he made an offer that I wasn’t comfortable with accepting (since I had already been given an offer by the dealership), but then they test drove my car, we talk some more, and I was able to negotiate a sell price that I was comfortable with. Once that took place, I was out of the door in minutes with a check in hand!\r \r If you’re considering selling you car in the city, I would recommend you check out Big Bucks. They treated me fairly and respectfully, and I honestly would have given them a positive review whether or not I decided to sell to them.

Big Bucks Auto. How do places like THIS. STAY in business?

I am writing this as a warning to anyone thinking about contacting Big Bucks Auto. DON’T! Here is why. My husband and I needed to sell a car of ours to pay bills. We decided to check out a bunch of sites online. We found Big Bucks Auto. Called them up and got a quote . We went to Big Bucks Auto with the high hopes of selling our SUV ASAP! (were we wrong. ) When we got there the lying began. and didn’t stop. Our salesmen was Jose. We could tell right off the bat something was. off shall we say? Something about him and the place reminded us why USED CAR DEALERS have a certain reputation. Anyway. we told him of our situation. What seemed like less than a minute. Jose took a look at our car and told us a completely different number than what was offered to us over the phone. I can understand if someone told us 12000 – 14000 on the phone. and then came back and said you know the car’s not in ‘that’ great of shape. yada. yada. yada, we’ll give you 11500. Nope! He offered us 8500. We immediately stood up and walked toward the exit. He told us what would be the least we would take for it. At this point we were so offended, but we needed to sell our truck. So we sat down. (bad mistake) He went back and forth to his boss’ office like 10 times. He kept coming back to us playing the good cop , bad cop routine. I could see my husband’s blood boiling. My husband warned me a few days earlier that a co-worker got jerked around in a similar fashion. I of course being the stubborn one, suggested we give them a try. (thinking that maybe this wasn’t the typical protocol of how they treat a customer) I have never been so wrong in my life. I must have apologized to my husband 100 times over. After a complete and utter waste of our time, we decided to check out a place in Manhattan, Car Cash. My husband told me he heard of them from when he used to listen to Howard Stern. To make a long story short. we got there and sold it within a half hour or so. I really don’t want to spend time talking about the positives of Car Cash. I can’t express in the strongest terms how completely unprofessional and rude this company claims to be. Afterwards I did some research and read on their website that they have been in business for 3 generations. How is that possible? In all my years in Queens, I never heard about these guys until I did a GOOGLE search. I used to work near Big Bucks Auto and they were NEVER there 30 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years ago or even 8 years ago. In closing, don’t waste your time or even the energy to think about this company. My husband and I will NEVER go to Big Bucks Auto and nor will we suggest them to anyone. no matter what! I’ve already suggested to a couple girlfriends of mine who have SUVs to sell them to Car Cash. Hopefully, this helped someone. Lori S.
