Home Hospice Care
Family Comfort Hospice is a team of trained professionals – physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, therapists, aides and volunteers – who provide home hospice care and support not only to the patient but also to the entire family. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We strive to do more than is expected or required for both the patient, and the family, in an environment of hope, comfort and dignity.

Family Comfort Hospice Palliative Care Foundation
Our mission is to provide everyone with the compassion, dignity and loving care that they deserve. The Family Comfort Hospice Foundation allows us to do just that; 100% of the donations sent to our foundation go directly to current patients, their families, and other members of the community who are in need of financial support.
The foundation provides grants to families in need and patients in the greater Phoenix area, including free care and end-of-life services. We can also assist with medical related expenses, comfort needs, support so that family members may attend to their loved ones, and burial expenses.
