And this is just a partial list of what you can expect when you bring your pets to Porte Veterinary. Our hospital staff members are here to listen to your concerns and set-up a visit so you can check us out and see for yourself.

Why Should You Choose Porte Veterinary Hospital?
The Commitment to Your Pets
In fact, you could say we are Pet-Centric!
One of the many unique benefits of our hospital is the attentive care lavished upon your pets in our intimate setting. This level of attention and care is simply not possible at many of the big box vet centers or huge corporate hospital institutions.
The Commitment to You
Your concerns will be heard because you know your pet best. If you believe something is wrong, we will believe you. And we will all work together to get your pet back on track to being as healthy as possible.
Your questions will be answered in layman’s terms not a bunch of ‘doc-talk’ or nineteen syllable scientific words you’ve never heard.
You are the most important player on your pet’s healthcare team. If we’ve misunderstood you, or you’ve not understood us, it’s your pet who suffers and nobody wants that to happen ever.
Some of the nicest words we hear from our clients relate to thanking us for clearly explaining everything, explaining the ‘why’ behind the ‘what,’ and always considering the relationship each client has with each pet.
Please feel free to bring along any information you’ve found online through search engines or from other sources (like a breeder, groomer, dog trainer, etc.). We don’t mind, at all, discussing this with you. In fact, we like it because it demonstrates your passion to be a well-informed partner in your pet’s health.
“ We would love to address any questions you may have and set the record straight. ”
Your personal beliefs and concerns will be met with empathy and respect. It is our honor to serve the diverse community within which we work. Should the situation arise when we provide a medical care plan which is unacceptable based on your religious or spiritual concerns, lifestyle, or physical limitations, please know you can talk to your veterinarian. With your pet’s best interest at the center of the care plan, we’ll discuss alternative options and will do everything within reason to accommodate you.
